About Me

Hey there! I’m Addison Spears, a Certified Executive Coach, International Coaching Federation member, and Founder of Spears Leadership, a Leadership Development and Consulting firm that empowers people to flourish & organizations to prosper through leadership coaching, organizational health consulting, and idea development.

With over ten years of experience as a multi-disciplinary designer and creative director equipped with an MBA, I approach complex problems with creative strategy. I’m passionate about learning and sharing ways design can impact the human experience.

When I’m not working, you can find me trying a new recipe in the kitchen, hiking in the Adirondack Mountains, or unwinding in the gym lifting weights. Clients describe me as warm, empathetic, and profoundly present. I reside in Upstate New York, where I live with my wife, daughter, and son.
